It was dark. Night had fallen over the island and the only light to be seen is flickering torches of the stone room. A broken stone walkway once stretched across the room but has collapsed in the middle. Down below was a dusty and dirty floor, covered in pieces of debris and rock. For those outside the room, the sound of grunts and movement could be heard. There was shuffling, a growl, the sound of metal hitting stone, the sound of a loud crack and finally a thud.
Inside the room, down in the messy bottom section was a group of shadow creatures. Their glowing orbs provided some light but not enough to illuminate the dark depths of the room. The torches line the walls but not all were lit. But if one looked closely, they could see what has drawn the shadow monsters out tonight. There was a body, lying face up on the ground. It was small and from the outline it looks like it may have a pair of large horns, perhaps? Either way, it was unmoving as the monsters slowly surround it. One larger creature lifted the small body with easy, and threw it over his shoulder. There was the sound of metal hitting stone again as the body dropped something. It bounced and skid into the light of a torch. It was a very large wrench from the looks of it.
The monsters began their retreat. Heading for the shadow portal in the corner by one of the torches. It seemed the monsters had caught someone out alone at night. What shall you do?
