"That is really very impressive," Kadar said. He was hardly the judgmental type-- this place had so many people, from so many different times and worlds, Kadar thought it was his responsibility to keep an open mind. It didn't mean he couldn't be a bit paranoid of everyone who might be a Templar, but-- well. There were too many interesting people to assume they were all strange and should be shunned.

"Is it different from being human?" And then Kadar frowned. "Though-- I suppose you may not know the answer to that." If you had never been human, what would you compare it to?
