"Oh, it's a special secret, passed down from generation to generation," she told him, approaching the stone with her eyes closed.

"I really shouldn't share it with anyone outside the family, but since you asked so nicely... It's called not being a SISSY!"

Bending stance ready, she followed through and hit the stone with all she had. It lunged forward a ways before stopping again. She grinned to herself before straightening up. She put an arm on a hip and turned her head to him.
